NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that petitions nominating candidates for the office of Member of the Board of Trustees of the Minisink Valley Public Library shall be filed with the Clerk of the School District no later than Monday, September 19, 2022, between 9:00 A.M., prevailing time, and 5:00 P.M., prevailing time. Candidates run at large.

 

Nominating petitions must be directed to the Clerk of the School District, signed by at least 31 qualified voters of the District, shall state the name and residence address of each signer and the name and residence address of the candidate.

 

Petition forms and information may be obtained at the Office of the School District Clerk on weekdays (except for holidays) during regular business hours, 7:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Any qualified voter may register to vote for the Special District Meeting during regular school business hours, from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on days when school is in session at the District Clerk’s office, Minisink Valley Central School District, Route 6, Slate Hill, New York, until October 13, 2022.
